i bought this because i wanted a cheap piercing kit with jewelry, and that's what i got. the jewelry it comes with is good quality, however the piercing needles it comes with are smaller than the jewelry, so when you are piercing, it's hard to get the jewelry through the needle and into your body. if you are piercing your septum, i do not recommend this product because of that reason. i would get separate needles and jewelry to assure that you will be able to fit the septum ring into the needle. however, i pierced my belly button with no problem. overall, you get your moneys worth!
