Unwanted and horrible instructions
I have to admit I didn't read that this was a DIY project but I tried to make tassels anyway and the instructions were terrible. They only show pictures and step 5 shows how to tie them on top. The problem is that they don't give you any materials for it. They are just junkies and I am definitely disappointed. most likely end up in the trash
