I'm too old for lycra. I ride my fitness bike for many kilometers through the city. I have a couple sets of baggy Pearl Izumi lined shorts that I bought as a sale for aging models. These shorts have a comfortable lining, dry quickly, have zip pockets and are good baggy shorts at a reasonable price. The material is rougher than my PIs but comfortable. The waist is elastic but not adjustable. The seal does not come off. I wear pants 36, these shorts are a bit tight in the oversize. I wouldn't downsize them. Will buy a few more.
