I have a type of muscular dystrophy where some of the proteins released by the muscle stick to the muscle causing it to stick together and preventing the muscle from stretching or working properly. The result is painful knots. I regularly use a foam roller as well as a deep tissue massage to detangle knots, but neither are travel friendly. I bought this rotating hand massager on a recent trip and from the first time I used it I knew I would use it many times and benefit a lot! In fact, I use it almost every night about half an hour before bed to relieve daytime stress. I control the level of pressure so if it hurts it's my fault lol. I love that it's compact and flat so I can take it anywhere. I think it is well made and robust and the price of 12 € is definitely in order.
