Octopus Suite is simple & user friendly, best of all you need nothing more installed

It's very easy to use as it works just like an app in our phone! There are many options available so not much I dislike about this software other than its price point (it should be cheaper).
The customer service support can sometimes seem slow but they do get back quickly when needed or if there isn't anyone else around who could help out right away - we've had issues where people have been off work sick/on vacation etc., though these instances were rare overall compared what others said online from their experiences using different systems before switching us towards octopussuite/.

Easy interface with customers & staff alike.
Has great mobile capabilities which make things easier during busy times.
Allows you manage your business easily via smartphone, tablet devices..etc.
Can take orders directly through computer without having any problems at all
Excellent Customer Service team that is readily accessible whenever assistance needs given
