It's very easy to use for our small team of writers with minimal training required (even if I'm not technically savvy myself). The customer support has always been excellent; they are quick at resolving any issues we've had or questions that arise in relation to their product as well! They're also really good about keeping us up-to date via email when there have be changes/updates so it doesn't cause too much confusion among employees who aren’t aware until after hours etc., especially since some people check more than one account which can make things confusing during busy times - but this could just mean you need better notification systems set ups within your organisation? We used them because all other platforms where clunky & complicated whereas SM was simple enough even someone without tech expertise would find no problems using once fully trained by an expert.
