Review on Immerse in Measured Surround Sound: Yamaha YSP-5600 MusicCast Sound Bar with Dolby Atmos/DTS:X by Lisa Stephens

This device does not work for CEC and HDMI control with Vizio M75 TV. It worked and after a firmware update I can no longer remotely control the volume/power of the soundbar. Of course I can adjust the harmony, but I want to use the ARC, CEC and HDMI functions. When I tried to get support from Yamaha they went to support level 2 which never called. I contacted Revain support who put me in touch with Yamaha support and was told Level 2 would call me back. They then gave the caller ID number, no contact information. After further steps I still don't have support for it, so I will have to return this device because there is simply no support. Too bad. I'm a strong supporter of the Yamaha brand, but this situation really changed my perception of the company and their products. I'll report back when the issue is resolved, but for now I'm planning to return the device.
