I ordered this as my first incense holder. It's sooo expensive. It comes with a whole bag of cones and a small tube of sticks (I still can't figure out how to use them with this particular holder, but it's no big deal). It also comes with a small plastic plant which I personally have not used. t, so I didn't use it. It has a very nice thick fabric cover to sit on and it works so beautifully. The smoke goes straight down. Most of the negative feedback I feel has to do with people turning on or moving around the AC. If it stays in place, it flows perfectly. The two issues I have with it are, firstly, it cannot be used multiple times in a row because it ruins and completely blocks the small cone holder so quickly, and secondly, the scent itself is not the best. The one that smells like apple is so awful I threw away all the green ones. Rose and lavender are the only ones that really smell. The rest just smells like burnt wood, to be honest. But I love my holder and would recommend it.
