I've been using Biorepair Plus (with a + sign for more concentrated hydroxyapatite) for many months and I can feel the improvement in my teeth. This toothpaste can use hydroxyapatite to repair the enamel (bone) of the teeth. This toothpaste is expensive but if you are interested in reducing tooth sensitivity I would recommend this product. If you don't eat mineral-rich foods, hydroxyapatite will not provide any benefit. If you miss a section of a tooth several times, you will know as your sensitivity will return soon. I checked and none of the US brands currently use hydroxyapatite, just ineffective fluoride. The expiry date is written at the end of the box or at the end of the tube, as with any American brand. If you are low on minerals in your teeth I would recommend Apagrad M-Plus first and then Biorepair Plus if you feel you have more minerals in your teeth.
