The waist was too big and the calf cuffs were too small for me. This may not be a problem for you if you have a larger waist and smaller hips. I'm 5ft 6in, 140# and size XL was so tight around my hips that my legs were constricting above and below the cuff. On the plus side, it was pretty stuffed and there was a lot of silicone in it. Cuffs at the hips it wouldn't lift, but for bigger hips it's snug enough to roll up or roll up.
