!Update!: A year after I almost completely forgot what happened to this product and left my review here, the company sent me a message for no reason. I never contacted them or asked for a refund. However, they offered me a refund for my experience to rectify this situation. Along with some questions about the product and how it can be improved in the future. While the product wasn't perfect for me, it might work great for someone else. And if this is not the case, their customer support team will be helpful and honorable to rectify the situation. I was in the process of shearing a little sheep and it started pulling instead of cutting. I have WAYYY to continue. waste of money.
