As a fan of all things dragon, I was intrigued by the Glowing Dragon Necklace. The fluorescent blue dragon charm glows beautifully in the dark and really makes you dizzy. The overall design is attractive and detailed enough for a necklace at this price point. However, the chain has some flaws that make it impossible for me to rate it higher. Firstly, in my opinion, the chain is too short, it is uncomfortable to wear. Secondly, the glow effect does not last long and disappears quickly. I want it to be more durable because it's a unique feature that makes the necklace stand out. All in all, the Glowing Dragon Necklace is a decent accessory with a few caveats. If you love kites and don't mind the short chain and ephemeral glow, then it's worth a try.
