I bought it (small size - neoprene sleeves) for water skiing. I'm 132-135 lbs, 65" tall, 29" waist, 36" chest. Sleeve length is right. Dry fit over 3mm neoprene Vest: Sleeves are snug but not too tight. Waist is ok but it would be better if it was tighter. The chest is a little loose. The neck is very loose. I have medium shoulders for a woman. I have not tried this jacket in the water; however, due to wetsuit experience, fresh cold water runs in all the time Your neck when you are underwater unless you have broad shoulders. I need this jacket to overlap at least 2" at the top for an acceptable fit. You just can't make a jacket that fits both men and women OK I'll be back.
