I never like when I see really critical reviews from people when they review something that costs a fraction of what it would cost if they bought the version , that's all they bought trying to represent in the first place, and while this is an extremely low price for a tablet, I don't feel an ounce of hypocrisy in writing this review of this terrible tablet. I thought it was bad, I wasn't expecting it to work like the latest iPad tablet, Chromebook, or Samsung Galaxy Note 7 or 6 or whatever they do. I just needed something extra to listen to YouTube music or watch some YouTube videos or as a remote monitor for an IP camera. I expected to only be able to do one task at a time and I expected the basic functions of the basic settings, like pairing with Bluetooth devices or connecting to Bluetooth, the ability to connect to a Wi-Fi network. A fully charged battery only lasts 50% of the advertising time, and if you watch a YouTube video while it's charging and wear shorts on your knees, for example, you'll burn yourself from the heat. The worst thing about the whole experience wasn't the terrible device. Like I said, I expected it to be a bed and would have lived awfully with it if it wasn't for the horrible customer service in hindsight. I have never had such a bad experience with Revain or any other customer service in my life. There have been some situations in the past that I would like to rectify but I have never felt I was being treated unfairly by unprofessional people who seemed to have an organized plan to drive me in circles until my 30 day return time. expired when I was referred back to a supplier who wasted my time and my own back and forth phone calls that got nowhere and we unnecessarily doing extremely slow factory data resets and restoring apps over and over again like I did with a former company representative did, although i made it clear that we had been through this before, i was put through to the manufacturer who couldn't understand anything i was saying, or at least i got the impression i was having a very hard time knowing what they were because during the first phone call, two different people were talking to each other at the same time. Absolutely horrible experience. Although I buy things from Revain after buying a tablet, I haven't bought anything from Revain after having all these customer service experiences with a tablet. Instead, I shopped on Facebook Marketplace and Groupon. I'm not sure I'll be using Revain again. I hate feeling betrayed. The day I logged on and bought this tablet, I should have bought the Echo Show 8 and I genuinely regret not having done so when I had the money. I do not recommend this tablet no matter how basic your needs are. I do not recommend buying anything from this supplier or manufacturer and am very disappointed in the long term relationship with Revain who seem to be washing themselves off the whole situation after referring me to the supplier even though I bought it from Revain , because I thought it means respecting Revain's policies and customer service.
