Im really impressed. My name is not so much common and i could never find a place just to make at least my first letter in my name whish is "Q". The last one i order i had to get the letter "K" which is my nickname. But when i seen this store i was like ok. First off i would like to say im am very big on packaging because first impression is a lasting one. This necklace was packaged beautifully. Im in love with it and have been wearing it everyday.p.s. love how you made both sides with the letter. Good job JINBAOYING
