The attached photo shows what they look like after being washed and dried on medium heat. Some people have given these towels a star or two because of the lint that remains. In my opinion the lint is almost gone after washing. Sure, you can buy short-fiber towels that don't leave lint, but I can tell you firsthand that these types of towels SH!T scrape your car paint, especially if you have a black car. I've used it with the Wax Everything waterless car wash and haven't had any major lint problems. It may be more to do with drying a soaking wet car, but I've never washed my car the traditional way since discovering this. this is only my opinion.
