I was looking for a simple, flat (not bulky), inexpensive pedometer, maybe with a few extra features; I wasn't expecting an iWatch or anything like that. FOR: It's convenient. That's all. And it appeared to be waterproof; by that I mean that I could wash my hands without taking them off, and that was all I wanted in that regard. CONS: Will. no Few. Trying to pair this thing with its app was a tedious and time-consuming task that required nothing more than luck, a miracle, or both - it eventually connected, but only after a long argument and some chatter. about that. This was important because you need an app to access almost all settings, not just transfer your data (using the Samsung Galaxy for reference). Short battery life; One charge is enough for 2 days, if that's true. It was (much) inaccurate in all bonus features, which made me wonder if it was inaccurate in step counting as well. Everything resets when you plug it in to charge; I mean everything - device settings, personal settings, pairing information, date and time, everything. Do you remember the pairing protocol mentioned above? Yes, you had to do it A LOT. Overall I would not recommend this. The looks and size were great for what I wanted, but it just didn't work reliably in everything it was designed for. I gave up early due to the hassle of pairing and re-entering settings you lost after charging. I think it's in a drawer somewhere right now. I am not sure. Don't worry too much either.
