This is a nice steering wheel cover - if you can fit it. I bought a small one (13.5-14.5 inches) based on the fact my handlebars are 14.5 inches. Try as I might, it didn't last. I returned it and took the medium which was supposed to be quite large (14.5 to 15.5 inches) and I could barely, barely put it on. I am almost sure. If I had gotten a large - a full two sizes bigger - it would probably fit perfectly. It helps a lot to heat the cover with a hair dryer before trying to put it on. If you buy this handlebar cover, ignore the measuring guide and just buy the largest cover available. Good luck and get ready to practice!
