These shorts are a little loose

I really like the shorts except my waist is about 37 inches and these turned out to be a full 38 inches with some added stretch. I was really looking for a pair of shorts with 4 side pockets. Glasses and my other cell phone. Like cargo pants, but more to pull on, like going to a restaurant. Neat, front pleats, chinos. Hot sale in Arizona.
