a coat for walking the dog in cold weather and was looking for a coat that wasn't bulky. The coat is super warm and can be worn over a t-shirt - no layering needed yet - and it was only 28 degrees Fahrenheit this morning. The pockets are deep and the coat zips up to protect the neck. The hood is very large and falls forward over the head, blocking the view but serving as a windbreak behind the head. Overall the coat works well.
