I ordered one sold by Revain half a year ago and it worked great with my fridge. I ordered another one a week ago and didn't realize it was out of stock. by Revain. At first I thought it was nothing to worry about, he was fine so he arrived on time. I received the package and realized something was wrong when I tried to replace it. The two filters are not the same. So I immediately went to Home Depot to buy another one to see which one was fake. I have three photos: Photo 1 - boxes: left - from Appliance Cove, right - from Home Depot. The one on the left is a little smaller. The additional label covers the original barcode. The barcode above doesn't match anything from a google search. The one on the right is slightly larger. If you search the barcode on google it will show you it is a GE MWF water filter. Photo 2 - Filters: Left to right: by Revain, by Appliance Cove, by Home Depot. You may notice that the center print is worse than the rest. Photo 3 - filter again: Left to right: by Revain, by Appliance Cove, by Home Depot. And again in the middle you are not like the others. The alignment arrow is not aligned and is shorter than the others. Apparently, Appliance Cove's is a counterfeit product.
