I couldn't decide between 4 and 5 stars but ended up with 5 as my concerns are relatively minor. Overall this is a great machine and I recommend it if you have less than 2000m² to dehumidify. ft. The recent heavy rains have made my 1,200 square foot apartment too damp and musty. The dehumidifier was easy to set up - just take it out of the box, plug it in and turn it on. Remove from the preset duration program (with one push of a button) and set the relative humidity to 50% (with another push of a button). It worked almost continuously for two days to squeeze the moisture out of the air, only stopping when the swamp was full. Now it turns on and off, maintaining interior comfort. I have two small concerns: (1) It's a bit tricky to put the bin back in place after emptying it, but I think I've gotten over it now. (2) It's a little louder than I expected; not as loud as i feared based on some comments but louder than i thought based on others. I parked my car in the second bedroom so the noise level in the main living room and master bedroom is minimal. But even from there it makes the whole apartment very cozy.
