I wish I could take a before and after picture but trust me when I say this is a great product. The O'Keefe brand is great for healing in general. For example, I had chapped lips and their lip balm healed them in about 2 days. Anyway, I use this product in combination with Lotrimin cream as I feel that cracked or dry feet can be related to athlete's foot. My feet don't crack anymore. Even though I've been using them for two weeks they still seem a bit dry so I put them on with socks every night and morning.
