I bought this router when my family outgrew our 7 year old Linksys router. Internet surfing has become slow as cold molasses and we have broadband connection. Although I haven't had any problems with a Linksys router for many years, after carefully researching many websites, I decided to purchase this D-Link router. After reading some reviews of most N routers, I was worried about lost signals. Most N routers are probably faster, but are subject to frequent signal failures. I read many reviews of D-Link routers and finally I was pleased that I found it. Not only is this router stylish, but it easily meets my family's wireless and wired needs. Now we may not have the most tech savvy home, but we have constantly connected: 3 laptops, 1 desktop, 1 wireless printer, 1 wireless XBox Live, 1 Wii network and a home phone connection. That's all but the occasional DS and Palm Pilot connection. Now I almost never have the hiccups, let alone a complete blackout. I am very happy with my purchase.
