Benefits 1) Makes the Fitbit look more like a jewel than a smartwatch. 2) Lightweight and comfortable 3) Easy to change straps. No tools required. They included directions and a QR code for the video. I didn't watch the video because it wasn't necessary, but it's nice to see that they provided extra support. 4) You added an extra pin in case you lose it. The first pen was easy. I dropped the 2nd pin twice before securing it. Cons 1) You have to get used to the lack of a clasp. I had a stainless steel band for my Fitbit Blaze. This made putting down the Blaze much easier. I am concerned that my thumb or fingernail will dislodge the pink trim when opening the pink center clasp. I paired the strap with a pink bumper from the multipack (EZCO Compatible with Fitbit Versall Screen Protector Plus Charger [3 + 1 Pack], Exclusive) Charging Dock Cable (can be charged in case Compatible with Versa Smartwatch). The pink rose matched better than the rose gold. Due to a problem with the clasp, I am planning to buy another bracelet with a clasp for everyday use.
