In all the years I've shopped online, this order is probably the worst I've ever encountered. When the product was received it was in an unmarked box (even for used ones, but normal). The item was not properly packaged for shipping. Upon opening the packaging there were mismatched foam tips (only one the same size that actually fit and a few others that were too big. I can't give high ratings based on my experience. I'm very disappointed. Hope you do Not.
