We made it, but as others have pointed out, there are quality control issues. It's a mixed bag, everyone faces something different. My ottoman had a short in a small amount of appliances. The two large washers were not included. While this doesn't seem like a big deal, the way the holes are drilled means you can't attach the legs without large washers. Luckily we still had a few in the garage. Also, many of the holes in the legs weren't drilled properly. So I had to push them all the way out. I have it in brown, very dark brown. Like brown, which is one shade different from black. So it doesn't go at all with my brown leather armchairs or sofas (two leather sofas, one chair, don't go with anything). But if you're looking for tan skin that looks almost black, this is for you. It's not a bad ottoman, it's just that you can really feel the lack of quality when you have to "fix things" to put it together. This is not a quality I would recommend for anyone to sit on. I chose it because we needed a footstool to support our feet when sitting in one of our chairs. It works well for that, but I really wouldn't advise people to sit on it.
