I only wore the vest to run. I run mostly after work and mostly after dark in the suburbs with lots of cars. I was driving through my neighborhood one night when a runner surprised me, which got me thinking about safety measures for myself. With all the good reviews, I decided to buy the Tracer360. I'm 5'5 120lbs and went with a small. It fits perfectly with plenty of room for adjustment. The vest is very light. I have no doubt cars caught my eye the first time. I've seen cars almost stop when approaching me, a few cars turned on their high beams and even the police officer turned to look at me again. I have no problem pressing the button on my back when the vest is on, but I could see that others can't. In this case, just turn it on or off before putting the vest on. The different colors are a nice bonus. I experimented and settled on red. My wife shares the waistcoat since we don't run together and she likes to switch it to pink. The vest is comfortable. I don't think belts or lights get in the way. My wife also said that the vest for women is very comfortable. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. Cars can see you approaching or pulling away, giving them the opportunity to avoid you and take extra precautions.
