piss off! to Air Conditioners

The fan is ok and looks pretty well made. However, it does not produce cooler air than a conventional fan. I used ice shavings and ice water and placed it next to a regular fan. There was no noticeable difference in air temperature between the fans. For the price I would have expected cooler air.
