In general, the presentation of goods is beautiful. It is shiny and light pink (clear). What girl doesn't love that? Smells very good. Vanilla. It definitely moisturizes when used, but wears off fairly quickly so you'll need to reapply a few times for it to have any lasting effects. It remains transparent and then turns light pink (but a bit light). I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 5 because the price for the whole product is too high. I also think it tastes awful. When you apply lip balm, it should either taste good or not at all. I understand that this is not intended to be eaten, but it's just not possible to wear lip balm without eventually getting in your mouth. When you lick your lips or drink a drink, you feel the taste in your mouth. I also don't like the color it comes with. Also "girly" for me. Gave it to my 11 year old daughter and she loves it!
