I was a little disappointed when this first one arrived because it was MUCH smaller than expected but it's big too but this thing is going to be one of the best cubanos you will ever taste, focus on one. I ordered an update for myself tonight, it's Cuisinart GR-4N 5-in-1 Griddler, Silver, Black dials. I'll check it out when it arrives. But I doubt you'll be disappointed with either. The Cuisinart GR-4N 5-in-1 Griddler, Silver, Black Dials can do a lot more and has double-sided plates. So if you want a flat plate there is also a waffle plate option. I'll let you know how the Cuisinart GR-4N 5-in-1 Griddler, Silver, Black Dials works when I get it, but I have no doubt I'll be thrilled with it. So why do I speak so highly of what I will replace? That's because it will work for me for our private little cafeteria. I take the best of both worlds.
