Works well. I used the foam pieces that came with it so it fits my Elchim hair dryer and works as needed without bouncing or falling off. I noticed that the nozzle gets (and stays) extremely hot when blow-drying. So hot that I'm a little worried it might burn my hair if it touches it! I have not noticed this with any other bait I have used over the years.
