terrible shoulder straps
Weak straps ruin an otherwise good backpack. The straps are thin and have no internal structure. So they fold onto themselves and the 3 inch strap effectively becomes a 1 inch strap. This means that the entire weight of your water and other equipment rests on your shoulders, since the straps are not inherently rigid. Sorry but take my advice and don't waste your money on this package.
