First of all I don't use them for their intended purpose. I get "technical necks" when looking at gear, but full neck patches are too uncomfortable. Putting two of these patches around my neck is quite comfortable, and it improves my posture by making my head a bit uncomfortable to bow. The area I'm patching in also looks smoother (an added bonus!). I have very sensitive skin but these patches are not irritating at all. I had an issue with my original order (not a quality issue, just a manufacturing miscalculation) and Blumbody went above and beyond to fix it and make me feel like a valued customer. Great product from a company that really seems to care! I'm sold!
