I love that it's easy to use with all of my existing content tools such as WordPress or Adobe Connect. The system is integrated into both so there are no extra steps necessary when adding comments from other sources. It does not integrate well with our salesforce CRM. There also doesn't appear to be any way to have conversations in the back-and-forth between posts/comments without having them posted separately. We've been able to get more engagement out of our webinars by using this tool instead of just posting on Facebook.
