If you expect the product to be "like new" then it is NOT. I am giving these 2 stars because the description is wrong and they have NOT been tested or repaired by certified people. The reason I'm not giving one star like most people is because if you know ahead of time you're going to get a controller, which probably has the most common problem associated with joysticks. You can then buy one of these controllers, and if you know your electronics, you can buy a 3D joystick replacement kit for less than $10. After 2 hours of repair work you will have a brand new controller. (basically). It costs $130 and lasts a long time. Or if you have an old controller or even a cheap controller from another manufacturer, you can open it up and take out the joystick housing and then save $10.
