A PC that should be good, with what was made for the unfortunate, didn't work
Didn't work as promised, security fingerprint scanning and face recognition didn't work, and hp tech support attempts and Microsoft were unsuccessful for hours and in the end the NIC lost adding, couldn't connect to the network and couldn't fix the problem. I had no choice but to come back and ask for a full refund, poor tech support and I wasted almost 8 hours in the early hours trying to get this done so I could at least wreck this computer
