Ideal for car charger
It's pretty easy to install. Love the fact that it has a slot for your own fuse and another slot for the fuse port you need. It doesn't come with its own fuse so I hooked up a 15w fuse for it and it works. If you want this device to be always on, consider turning it on through a horn or light interrupting system, as these are always powered. It should also be mentioned that this adapter does not only work with pruveeo DVR systems. If your dash cam system uses mini USB and has the same power requirements, it will work fine. This is my choice as cigarette lighter power adapters take up space or are of poor quality for most dash cams.
