I just love them. I have them in every color. They are sooo comfortable. I feel like I'm running in my pajamas! You may want to know that the fabric is sheer. I mean THIN PAPER! Therefore, they are ideal for warmer weather when you want to protect yourself from the sun. They are not suitable for the cold season. But who wears capris in the cold anyway? I wore them like regular capris and dressed up to go out to dinner. They don't scream "sweatpants". Therefore they are very versatile. The fabric dries VERY quickly and they weigh next to nothing. Because they can be worn top or bottom, they are perfect for travel. I wish they came in more colors. I would take them all. As for the fit, I'm 5ft 8" and about 148. The medium ones fit me perfectly. The waist has thick elastic with an adjustable drawstring, but I don't need a drawstring. The fabric is very stretchy, so it lends itself well to movement. And so far they have held up very well. Since the fabric is so thin, I'll be careful what you do in it. work around the yard or do anything where they may snag or tear. Just thought I'd mention it so you have realistic expectations.
