We have ordered several posture trainer style orthotics to try including this one. We all like them for different reasons and we wanted to have at least one spare so we can wash them as needed. This one is especially good for my husband. He underwent several operations on the lumbar and cervical spine. The combination of a straight shoulders and neck with some lumbar support is perfect for his situation. The lumbar is less structured than a regular back brace, but it also makes it easier to move when worn. None of us have perfect posture, so let's hope that over time the posture trainers we have will teach our muscles where they should be.
