Nothing unusual, a normal product.

I don't have any concerns about the store because I tossed away the box and all the paperwork right away (this is never a good idea, it's a terrible mistake), thus it was obviously impossible to exchange or return the chair since I didn't even go to the store for it. In general, after building the chair, carefully check to see if it is even. If it isn't, then swap it out if this is a marriage, which it appears to be.

Pros

The chair can be adjusted for height, seat position, and backrest for optimal ergonomic comfort. It is cozy to sit on, even for an extended period of time. HOWEVER, there are intricacies; more on these later.

Cons

I believe that this is a marriage, but the truth remains that it was manufactured unevenly, the bolt cuts are uneven, and the armrests are uneven as a result of the standard seat assembly. It is noticeable that the left edge is somewhat lower than the right one (by about 1.5 to 2 cm). In order to install more washers between the seat and the bolts (to raise the left side), I had to remove and discard the plastic covering underneath the seat. The back had a difficulty as well; I had to add extra washers for the back. I leveled it as a result, but that is not how it should be.
