My air is four years old (it was bought shortly after the premiere). It is quite suitable for creating content "on the knee". More than once I had to rivet presentations on it, make abstracts and reports, speak with it, write for myself, sometimes draw. Since the Air 2 was the same model after which Apple screwed in support for their stylus, it can only be suitable for drawing if you have styluses from Wacom or other others that support reading the pressure level. In general, despite all the problems of IOS as an installed system, I can’t imagine how to work without it. Indispensable for fast work, indispensable in emergency situations when you need to jump out in front of an audience and read. Can be transported anywhere. I would like to ate already, because the tablet has become noticeably slower, but there is no possibility. I think I did the right thing when I bought it.
- 1) Long working time. 2) Screen (Air does not have an air gap between the glass and the matrix, as a result of which the image is much better when compared with future generations of tablets, except for the Pro line). Also in the sun, the image is seen better in comparison with them. 3) System optimization. 4) Light weight. 5) Presentable appearance.
- 1) IOS 12 does not enter him, but it is no longer possible to roll back. Apparently, the most discussed slowdown of the processor and age. 2) Oleophobia is ineffective. 3) It is better not to use it without a cover and a film. It's not worth dropping. 4) Sound, but I practically do not listen to music from it. 5) IOS and all its disadvantages. There is no normal work with files. You can transfer to your computer for free in the required volumes only through Telegram - the rest is all paid. 6) The second minus of the system: few free normal applications. Everything is either paid or with half-screen advertising. 7) You can read normally only in a browser and a couple of third-party applications. Readers for unpopular formats are described in the previous paragraph. 8) Does not support Pensil released after Apple, which is a great sadness. 9) In the fourth year of use, the home button began to creak.
