**UPDATE** I just had to update my original review even though these locks didn't work for me. I am very impressed with their customer service. I was contacted immediately after posting my review and the representative was very concerned and helpful. She responded very quickly and went out of her way to help me with my problem. I appreciate that kind of customer service, so thank you for your time and help. While these locks were easy to install, it was just as easy for my 15 month old son to take them apart in no time. It opened everything I had installed. I followed the illustrations on how to install them (I mean it's easy to understand) and none of them lasted. Either my 15 month old has super powers or these curls are just weak. The sad thing is that I actually wanted to live with these locks but ended up wasting money on this purchase.
