I've been using the paste for over a year. It is worth noting that it does not eliminate tartar, but prevents its occurrence. Recently, at the reception, the veterinarian just advised this particular paste with enzymes (although we have been using it for more than a year already). Tartar appears primarily in cats that eat wet food, but others are no exception - it's a matter of time. In the photo there is an old tube that lies with a more convenient dispenser.
