Okay, I'm not going to lie. When I first threw all these pieces on the table, I looked at them for a good 5 minutes and thought there was no way I could pull this off. But with a bicycle pump in hand, my stepdaughter and I dove straight into the water and started blowing up an endless supply of balloons (a plastic balloon tie saves lives, btw!). Then I just decided, what the heck, put up a banner and started gluing balloons in different directions. To be honest, this pack is foolproof! After several hours and many sticky balls I am very happy with the result. We only used about 40 balloons but they looked nice and fluffy. I also decided to use Chalkboard Green instead. The baby's mother couldn't be happier! 💖
