I am very disappointed and upset! We ordered both 18" and 14" because they were advertised as "crushed memory foam". Not true! The 18 inch size was memory foam and very very good. But the 14-inch size wasn't memory foam. Well stitched but the foam rubber is cheap junk standard polyurethane foam. We will send it back promptly and I refuse to pay the return shipping to the seller. If both were memory foam I would easily give 5 stars. Not good business practice.
