Impressive monitor but quality assurance issue and lack of support

I was really impressed with the picture quality, brightness and this monitor's ability to support non-EDID resolutions. However, I have three problems with this. First, the LCD screen wasn't attached to the frame (perhaps not glued), so the panel falls out of the frame when tilted forward, exposing the internal circuit boards and wiring. That manufacturing/assembly issue aside, the monitor appears to be very well constructed. Second, I am using this monitor on a Raspberry Pi 400 (HDMI with USB for touch capability) and have to unplug the USB cable every time the monitor wakes up. so that the scroll function works. Otherwise, swiping will only highlight the text. I thought it was a linux issue but I replaced this monitor with a 15.6 inch touch screen and this issue does not occur. The other problem is that I can't find the website for NIUTO and that worries me. There is no way to contact the manufacturer/seller for support. This is an issue under Revain's 30-day return policy. The first issue is a one-time issue I believe, but support is more of a concern. I am returning this monitor to Revain as it is a first release and I will not be requesting a replacement due to support issues.
