I work in retail, mostly as a cashier. I stand in one place for several hours in a row. Sometimes I went for walks and collected things, but mostly I just stood there. At first I wore Vans and Converse until one day after an eight hour shift I realized my legs were hurting. After looking for comfortable shoes that didn't cost me hundreds of dollars, I settled on these. I'm very glad I did! They are attractive and so comfortable. I wonder why I wore shoes that were anything but comfortable for so long. It's cute enough that I wore it with my regular clothes when I wasn't working. These shoes shake my opposition to Sketcher as a brand of stupid adults or elementary school students. I'm a trendy young man and this is my new favorite pair of shoes. I wear size 7 sneakers (5 men) and size 7 vans. I went half a size up because I was planning on wearing extra thick socks for even more cushioning. That's a great combo! Thick socks + these = feet don't hurt.
