Ideal for portable electronics when traveling in Italy.
I bought these travel adapters for a recent trip to Rome, mainly based on reviews. Let me tell you, don't disappoint. We used them in Rome, mainly to charge phones and other electronic devices via USB ports. We didn't use a real socket. If you use a double voltage converter, you can connect it directly. If you only have a 110V product it will die quickly if you don't use a voltage converter. Our iPad/iPhone chargers are Dual Voltage, so no problem. My razor needed a voltage converter as it is only 110V compatible. A minor annoyance was the blue LED. This is BRIGHT. If he can be seen in his sleep, that's already too much.
