I avoid most 'heavy' lightening strips/gels, preferring to use more natural products with healthy botanical ingredients. My teeth aren't badly discolored, but I drink a lot of coffee and tea and they're definitely not as white as they used to be! The pack contains 56 strips, which is enough for two weeks of twice-daily use on upper and lower teeth. I've been at it for about a week and I'm already seeing improvements! More importantly, they don't cause any problems with my teeth, gums, or mouth. I have sensitive gums and feel some discomfort with some brands of toothpaste, but these strips don't hurt me. The strips are individually wrapped and can be easily placed on the teeth. Once you have them where you want them, they dissolve in about 15 minutes, leaving a nice minty flavor with no residue. They get a little sticky as I work, so I only use them when I can go 15 minutes without speaking, usually right before bed and in the morning after brushing my teeth. I feel confident knowing that all of the ingredients are safe to take orally. My only complaint right now is that I wish the strips were a little longer - there are spots on the teeth that they don't reach when I use them front and center. Of course, I'm probably the only one noticing this, but I have a feeling they will be more visible compared to my freshly whitened front teeth! This is a minor issue though and I would definitely use them again instead of other types of whitening products. I will update this review with progress photos when I'm done with the full 2 weeks!
